Is the free tier actually the full product?

Yes. Scoped access, the audit log, instant revocation, zero retention — the whole security architecture is identical. The Business tier adds the organizational layer: admin controls, group policies, SSO with custom identity providers, SIEM export, and DLP scanning.

Why aren't SSO, SIEM export, and DLP free?

Because they cost us real money per use — DLP scanning invokes Google's inspection APIs on your content, SIEM export runs dedicated delivery pipelines, and custom-IdP SSO runs on Google Identity Platform, which bills per user. We'd rather charge honestly for the features with hard infrastructure costs than make the free tier pay for itself some other way.

Is there a minimum seat count or base fee?

No. $15 per user per month, from one seat up. Volume discounts are available for larger deployments — contact us for a quote.

Can we trial the Business tier?

What about annual contracts?
